Revision and exam skills
With this type of question students are given information from which they select appropriate choices. There will often be a spare option left over at the end. This is so that a choice always has to be made between options when answering the question.

Identify the command words (the words that inform what specific information/skill is required) in questions before attempting them. First though you will need to understand what the types of command words used in questions mean (see page 225).
Use the marks in brackets that appear after a question as an indication of how many selections are required.
